زاناکس یا آلپزازولام یک داروی آرامبخش و ضد اضطراب است که از دسته بنزودیازپین ها می باشد و شروع اثر آن به نسبت سایر داروهای این گروه مانند کلونازپام و دیازپام سریع تر است این مساله باعث می شود که افراد برای دریافت اثر خواب آوری و آرام بخشی بیشتر به مصرف آن روی بیاورند اما یکی از معایب این داروها این است که بعد از مدتی می تواند در بدن ایجاد تحمل کند یعنی بدن برای رسیدن به اثرات آن نیاز به مصرف مقدار بیشتری از دارو دارد بنابر این می تواند ایجاد وابستگی نماید یعنی با عدم دریافت دوز بالاتر فرد دچار علایم محرومیت مثل بیخوابی، تحریک پذیری ،اضطراب وتشنج می شود. به همین خاطر مصرف طولانی مدت این داروها توصیه نمی شود.

زولپیدم داروی جدیدی است که تنها مورد مصرف آن در درمان بیخوابی است. مزیت آن به نسبت دارویی مثل زاناکس در این است که ایجاد وابستگی نمی کند اما در هر حال نباید خود سرانه اقدام به مصرف این داروها کرد توصیه می شود حتما با یک روانپزشک مشاوره کنید.
همچنین می توانید از روش های غیر دارویی مثل محدود کردن مصرف کافئین، دوش آب گرم قبل از خواب، مصرف چایی سبز، یوگا، ماساژ و .... نیز استفاده کنید.

Zolpidem side effects
